Everybody is different and what people need in terms of fitness, what works for them, what matches their interests, lifestyle and other commitments, varies as their characters do. Recognising this individuality is at the heart of GH Fitness.
I offer Personal and Group Training, Sports Conditioning and Yoga. Personal Training sessions are adapted to focus on clients' specific needs including: weight-management, muscular conditioning, ski-fit, running performance and mobility.
I also hold specialist qualifications in pre/post-natal fitness and - particularly as a relatively new mamma myself - I consider it a real privilege to get to help women through this incredible time.
One-to-one training will help you figure out and achieve goals unique to you, whether that's simply becoming a little more active, or training for a triathlon. Personal training can enable you to reach your full potential, and most importantly, prevent you from giving up half way through a session to eat ice cream in your PJs.
